Welcome to the Replacement Catalytic Converter Database. This site is managed by the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA), an Executive Agency within the UK Department for Transport (DfT).

The purpose of this site is to list both:

a) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Type Approved Replacement Catalytic Converters offered for sale in the UK in compliance with the provisions of EC Directives 98/77/EC (Article 3.1 paragraph (2)) and 2002/80/EC (see "Legislation"); and
b) certain OEM non-Type Approved Replacement Catalytic Converters in compliance with the provisions of the Motor Vehicles (Replacement Catalytic Converter) Regulations 2004.
